I recently came across a set of Record brakes, I believe the 2040 version (https://velobase.com/ViewComponent.a...m=117&AbsPos=3). However, the pair came with a bagged assortment of nuts and washers and I am not sure what might be missing or what the correct assembly order is. The diagrams and pictures at Velobase do not include the nice exploded view I’ve sometimes seen.

Currently, I have: 2 beveled washers, 3 toothed washers, 1 concave washer, and 2 nuts

I imagine the use of concave washers will depend on the shape of the fork crown and rear brake bridge, but I can’t think of where one would be the right amount. Any guidance on what’s missing that I might need to track down and the correct assembly order would be greatly appreciated.
