Those are not typical drop bars so with the exaggerated flare, no idea.

the goal of course is to get multiple positions that are acceptable, moves the pressure points around and for some prevents nerve stress.

on saddle tilt- nose down always makes me want to ask how does the lower back feel?
most often it places undue stress as one is fighting the slope. ( these riders often use a lower cadence too )
nose up just looks gelding training.
Both extremes are an attempt to find comfort.
a different saddle and or other adjustments should be considered.

having someone taking some images or video showing pedaling and reviewing later is a good idea.
