FS: Klein Quantum Pro Frameset, circa 1999
This aluminum ‘Quantum Pro’ frame is labelled 61 cm frame with a carbon ‘Aeros’ fork. The frame has internal cable routing and comes with internal headset and Klein stem. All this weighs less than 5 lbs. Included are an extra stem cap with spacer, seat post collar and a front derailleur adapter. Cable liners are routed in the frame and taped in place for your convenience when setting up derailleurs and the rear brake. The frame was not ridden much after acquisition. My friend traded something of historical significance with Gary Klein himself and this frame is what my friend received in the deal, that story will be provided to purchaser. There is a dent in the seat tube which was caused by the derailleur adapter and there is a very small shallow dent in the top tube. The paint is in very good condition with a few chips at cable ports, dropouts and a few small ones on the frame tubes. There is a paint chip beginning on the underside of the right chain stay near the BB. BB is standard English, threads in perfect condition. Seat post diameter is 27.2. Asking $550 OBO plus shipping if applicable. Frame located in Portland OR, I’m offering free pick up or delivery within 30 miles. If it has to be shipped, either one of us can arrange that through Bikeflights.

. Reason: Year in title is incorrect. Should be circa 1999.
