Welcome to the forums. 100 is actually the Shogun model number. Based on the combination of a Shimano RS rear derailleur and a Shimano FE front derailleur, it should be circa 1979-1983. I would require more information to narrow that range but my initial reaction is the latter part of that range. If you could provide the serial number and/or some component date codes, that would help. Photo assist...
