How is this done? It seems Campagnolo used to make a tool to do it but I don't see one for sale through normal retail sales channels (non-ebay).

I checked Park Tools but they do not have one.

If I just grab it with a pliers, I am sure to damage the exterior.

I'm as concerned with getting them back on properly, tightly as I am in getting them off.
