I measure with tension meter each sides multiple times all around while i true the wheel until i get equal reading for every spoke on each side took like 3 hours...
Well, if you have the DS at 120kgf and the wheel is properly dished, what other value can you have?
It's a ratio between Center To Flange dimensions.
Center (rim) to Right Flange/Center to Left Flange. (hub flanges)
