Schwinn Paramount vintage?

Is this really a 1959 Schwinn Paramount touring?

The co-op where I volunteer sent me a Paramount frame for assessment and evaluation. It has a weathered, round Paramount head badge. The “serial number” on the NDS rear dropout is A22. The only other marking is the Nervex part number on the BB. The only braze-ons are two top tube cable stops for the brake cable and a cable stop for the rear derailleur cable, but it does have front & rear fender eyelets. It doesn’t have any chrome on the stays. The fork crown is a flat top. There are no stickers or decals on the frame other than one from a bike shop in Visalia, CA.
