There is no way to dry a pair of gloves quickly, especially those using suede or synthetic suede. palms with padding. I would suggest you just use saw dust or some other form of dry grip powder., which will gunk up your gloves but will keep them drier for the day and lyou can clean it at home and let it dry overnight. I alternate 3 pairs of gel gloves. I never ride without gloves.
