It's all about the skewer, isn't it?

I would agree with you, but the Victory one might also be Chorus. Their skewers look very similar if not the same.

The bearing races on your hubs are very similar to the old Nuovo Tipo. Not nearly as nice as Record. And they don't adjust as easily as Record (ime). But they're incredibly durable and work just fine.
