If there aren't any obvious wrinkles, kinks or bulges after you install it or them then all should be okay.

Besides, it's only a tube. If it blows out tomorrow it's no big loss of money. Just change it out and consider whether it was the size of the tube or something unrelated to the tube size that caused the flat like a road hazard or improper installation or other issue.
