I dont pick up the brochures, but im definatly a destination cyclist only.

I can only continue to cycle and never be bothered with exercising if i have a destination. Without a destination it becomes exercise, and then i start finding ways to skip it.

With a destination, even if its going 50 miles for coffee & pie, then returning home, my simple male brain is unable to comprehend that its still exercise, so i pedal along happily.

I commute to work and back every day, regardless of bad weather simply because I have a destination.

In the summer ,Vancouver has some sort of ethnic festival somewhere pretty much every weekend. Last year I hit every festival I could find, sampled all the great ethnic foods and entertainment, and pedaled home happy as can be.

I'll keep an eye out now for brochures of stuff within a days ride of me now though
