Hmb revisited

A few months ago there was discussion on the possible benefits of HMB. I have been using it at about 3 grams per day, and I believe I have noticed some beneficial effects for this 83yo, mostly as increased energy. However, too many variables in my life to definitely tie down one change in supplements as a cause. Anyone else have any definable results?
