No way unless that is a misprint and it is a size 30 frame . I would be willing to bet it is a lot closer to 20 if not over 20lbs. I have a size 60 Panasonic (1984) with Columbus tubing, Sun Tour, tubular tires and it is just a hair under 22lbs.
