That changes everything...I mean if i was touring for days at a time or riding in the middle of nowhere and seen a cyclist I would most likely acknowledge them in some way but here in the suburbs and the city and even rural areas close to the city I don't bother to wave or acknowledge anybody. A person who constantly seeks and invites attention just looks odd and weird and being too friendly makes a person look like some insecure weirdo.
