they certainly cannot sell it out as new. This should be "open box".
No, I didn't miss that part. But, you made two complaints: the opened box and the charging door. So, do you expect them to
apologize and accept responsibility for the way Garmin designed the charging door? If not, what was the point of mentioning it?
