Can't tell for sure from the pics, but it appears it may be a Sturmey-Archer. If so, the cog is not threaded on. And you can't remove the freewheel mechanism in any practical manner to use on another hub.

Edit: on second glance, I'm not sure it's a SA. Still, it doesn't look as if the cog is threaded on.
