From research I have found that Urago did make some high end bikes and nice frames. This one looks to be part of the transition into the bike boom years. Bars are well wrapped and the small detail of putting some bar wrap around the frame where the Pletcher rack mounts. Any more info would be appreciated. Suntour GT rd, Spirt fd and Suntour shifters are pretty cool. $2 worth I guess.

Verktyg hath writ that the frames of some Urago were produced by Bertin
please make a thread on the cycle whenever you begin work on it
looks to hail from about the 1974-1975 time
you may be able to read a date marking inside a small diamond symbol on the cycle's RIGIDA SUPERCHROMIX wheel rims as here -
