Well, stem was stuck (got it loose), seatpost is stuck! Disassembled now.

I need to try and get some good pics of the forks, no good identifying marks on the steerer, just a double circle above 90. It is same layout as the one below (pic from - Identify Markings on Fork Steerer), but the whole steerer is painted on mine and I can't make out the top symbol to confirm it is this Ishiwata logo and mine has numbers "90" instead of letters.
