New weight 9.345 (cheap Chinese one)
Frame: 17" 6061, conformed, mono seatstay (Same than Schwinn Super Sport) (1730g my older version one*)
PostMont rear adapter: (40g)
Seat Clamp: (15g)About the frame:
I bought a City Tour Sport used during the pandemic, I found the frame well aligned using my technical photos, I selected it for my project. In the future, I bought one at ML for 900 reais, this new one, instead of coming with the serial in low relief below the mov. central, came with a qrcode in the same place. I weighed it and it was 1640g. I installed it on the bike. The previous - older - frame weighed 1730g (same size). The next day I noticed that the rear wheel wasn't aligned on the new frame, becoming very crooked, so I returned the frame as I was afraid that aligning the dropouts wouldn't be enough. I went back to the heaviest and oldest frame and that's what it is now.
Fork: Mosso M5FCB 27,5 mtb toray 700 cf with 21,5cm of steerer and spider (580g*)
Steerer spacer: (5g)
About the fork: The original (>1600g 426.6mm). The project started with a sense activ 2022 fork. Very good fork, 740g, but a little short, 420mm (80mm bbdrop). Then I went for a Mosso M5 7005, 44cm, but this fork had clicking problems. I replaced it with a TSW 27.5 43cm, again problems with the tang popping. Then I gave up on the aluminum forks and went for a Toseek 27.5 44cm. Good fork, but I found a better one. A Taiwanese, 43cm Mosso M5 Full carbon. I ended up buying it, replacing the Toseek and it was great.
