And so I found out that the two tools will fit on the 302, 310 and 312 — the latter two differing in thread standards. And BTW, I am shamed by the beauty you are creating. My 979 is built from a collection of mixed components (Suntour Cyclone, Campagnolo, Shimano, Nitto, MKS) ... and as much as I've polished, it is not nearly as beautiful as yours.
