From that review:-

“Ok, it’s heavy. And yet, it didn’t come up as a negative with any of us. Despite those wide puncture-resistant tyres and not-feathery alloy wheels, the bike retains a light and whippy feel to it.”

The review also mentions that the SmartSense kit weighs 462g, so that’s a fair chunk of the weight difference to the Canyon.
