"SOMETIMES" a torx bit can be tapped in to get enough bite to wind it out, better to drill it out all the way or enough to get good bite with the torx, you need one that has sharp points, not the rounded ones.

Lisle also has some with several more splines that work very well.

You have to be careful not to ding the tube.

Penetrant and low heat may help.
