Here's a S-Works roubaix. If I remember the FSA and Cane Creek product lines correctly, manufacturers can choose a variety of different height "cones" for the top of their headsets. I've seen a Roubaix with a very low-profile zero stack integrated headset that takes about 1.75cm off the height depicted in this photo

OK I've done some research. The Robaix is a not a direct comparison to the CAAD8 it's more in line with the Synapse. To compare apples to apples you would have to use the Tarmac v CAAD8. In a '54' (the nearest is the Tarmac w/548mm top tube CAAD8 546mm top tube). The Tarmac has 130mm head tube while the CAAD8 has a 145mm top tube.
