The canisters are a much bigger problem than the content. I stopped using them for that reason. I bought a nice thrifty Silca frame pump instead.
The biggest problem CF frames pose for me is the absence of a place to put a proper frame pump. I have pumps to fit all my metal bikes, but the CF bikes? No. I end up carrying a mini - which takes FOREVER to fill a 28mm tire!!!
