our 50’s house had a kitchen-aid dishwasher when we purchased it - I believe the old kitchen-aid appliances were a step up in quality - maybe commercial level (Hobart ?)

when we remodeled the kitchen, we replaced the old kitchen-aid dishwasher with a new kitchen-aid dishwasher that matched the new appliances … gave the old kitchen-aid dishwasher to a friend

we had to replace our new kitchen-aid dishwasher … the old kitchen-aid dishwasher is still working well for our friend
