Buy what you want or need. But remember - just like a head tube (for headsets) and bb shells (for axle assemblies) the seat lug AND the seat tube should be prepped for accepting a seatpost.
Sorry, I edited after you posted. The Cinelli Supercorsa seat bolt is unique (proprietary?) and tends to be a bit brittle. Would be nice to have one of higher quality.
