big john I plan to be out in LA in early to mid-May for my daughter's graduation.
We are staying in LA but I do want to try Mt Baldy, is there ANY risk of ice/snow at that time of year? My memory is not perfect, but I recall a couple visits ago in ?March there was snow/ice so I did Mt Wilson instead, and even Wilson had some slush on the way to the top.
