Mid 2000's Casati?

Perhaps not C&V yet (although the brand is), I picked this bike up for parts this past week but I've been trying to find out more about it. My guess is that it's a mid 2000's frame (so about 20 years old)? Have not had much luck finding brochures for Casati for that time period. It is labeled Casati Alluminio (and the company's web address on the chain stay) with Monza on the top tube, but I'm assuming Monza because the company is based close to that track in Italy.

Anyone know if these frames are decent or desired? I kind of hate to tear it down but I'll never likely ride it as it is a touch too small. The Sintema carbon fork is really nice but I think that's likely an upgrade/add-on by the previous owner. Not something you see every day though in the USA, for sure.
