I must be missing something. Why not just buy a single freewheel, unscrew your fixed cog and screw it on? $20 and done.

Edit: (Do make sure the FW you buy is not for wider chain than you are using. If you are currently running 3/32" chain, an 1/8" FW will NOT work. If your chain is 1/8", an 1/8" FW is preferred but not necessary.)
