34˚ is the sweet spot for me. Koga Denham in 25.4 would be the way to go (as the Velo Orange Crazy Bars are 31.8) however you will want to swap to the Ergon GC-1 grips because they are designed for swept back bars.
I have both of those handle bars and they are the bee knees and the cats pajama's all rolled into one.
