I do a mix of things but pretty much every morning I put a banana in my lunch bag to eat after riding in, then heat up a frozen breakfast sandwich or burrito in the microwave about an hour later. For lunch, I'll either eat a frozen meal (I like the Gardein pasta and "meat"balls) or go to the dining hall or a restaurant. I have a stash of dried apricots and almonds in my desk drawer, sometimes trail mix. I also like to have a few packets of oatmeal (so light to transport!!), tea bags, and miso soup. Throw in an apple or orange for another snack and I'm usually set.
I also like to do a smoothie when I'm organized with frozen strawberries, ripe banana, oat milk and protein powder or tofu.
