Agreed, Chombi1. I looked at that mess,too, and shook my head......although this whole bike has been terribly abused with what I believe was a 6 inch angle grinder with a VERY stiff wire cup brush. The scratches in the frame are 0.5mm deep in some places. Talk about "agressive paint removal" methods.
