I wonder what handlebars those are. They would surely kill my back.

It's an interesting build. I did something kind of similar. I had a Surly Cross Check. I put on super light racing wheels on it. The frameset is heavy and not particularly responsive, but the light wheels made the aggregate result into something that felt moderate.

This is more of a work of art, and it says something, though I'm not sure what. There may be a big story behind it.
