Yah, that Franklin is OK with a 3 speed. They have a nice useful chain cover. If the hub ever craps out, replace it with a SA 3 with drum brake.
DeFaileurs on any of those bikes is laughable, 6 of 9 have them. Willow has a Shimano disc 7i for $1,100.
Looks like they are going downhill. Most of the bikes are $200 discount. Plus they all now have a lame short MTB kind of bar with maybe 15d sweep.
I've seen some Driggs bikes around with a 3 speed. They gave up selling a 7i to men. LOL.

But hey, even Linus is selling layzboy e-junk. LOL.
