It's really a dirty sport, this triathalon thing. There are few sports where peeing all over yourself is expected behavior. The sweatiness of it can also be gross. I did a 5 mile lunchtime run yesterday and my workout clothing was soaked. Now, if I simply place the used clothing in thg he hamper, the whiole bathroom will turn into what smells like an ammonia factory overnight. And I will never be able to get my stink out of the workout clothing. I have to soak, rinse, and hang the clothing, followed by a proper wash to get everything clean. Maybe it's just my greasy Italian genetics, but boy do I reek after s hard workout!
