Bikes: 1962 Rudge Sports, 1971 Raleigh Super Course, 1971 Raleigh Pro Track, 1974 Raleigh International, 1975 Viscount Fixie, 1982 McLean, 1996 Lemond (Ti), 2002 Burley Zydeco tandem

I measured my 1974 International using an English tape measure and then converted with a factor of 2.54:

seat tube: 21-1/2" (54.6 cm)
top tube: 22" (55.88 cm)
wheelbase: 40-1/8" (101.9 cm)
chain stay: 17" (43.2 cm)

My rear wheel is far back, giving a long chain stay measurement.
