Well, WRT the knobbies and the tan sidewalls: that's the retro/gravel trend, I'm afraid. I wondered about the seatpost as well. My guess is that the paint doesn't work on the adjustable bit of the post, and this is what they came up with as a solution. While the most honest, it is also also the least attractive part of the design, IMO.
Just saying there are better choices for that bike. The blue one has the simple crabon rims and black road tread. There are similar for gravel. And I am still perplexed about the seat cluster when they have a perfectly good alternative.
