Recently added an double sided stand for more stability and ease of loading / unloading (didn't have a stand at all previously), upgraded to Juin cable actuated hydraulic brakes from full mechanical disks, and changed the rear drivetrain setup from an 11-46 with GRX to 11-34 with Ultegra (more suitable for Shanghai's flat terrain).
Nice! I've been thinking lately, by now I think I've got all weight-weenie pretense out of my system, and I should get myself a nice double-kickstand like that for my CrossCheck commuter
