I'm about due for a new rain jacket.
I ride through the winter in Olympia, Washington.
I like armpit zippers, a fairly high collar, good visibly with reflective tape.
Easy to grab zipper tabs and quality zippers.
My arms are rather short.
I know it's a long picky list, but you have anything to recommend.
