Hi, could someone help me identify the this frame?
I can't post photos because I am too new to the forum so I listed a few of the characteristics below. I don't know which components are original and would also appreciate some guidance in that regard.

Bike frame

• White frame with Pinarello decals + Columbus Matrix decal.
• Triangle engravings instead of the typical Treviso flower.
• No Pinarello name/logo engravings.
• M50 engraving under the bottom bracket.
• Gipiemme dropouts.
• Internal rear break cable routing.

Components

• Campagnolo: front gear deraileur, wheel rims
• Miche: breaks, chain wheel, crank arm, whee hubs and headset
• Shimano 105: break levers, gear shifters, back gear deraileur
• Cinelli: stem and handlebars (giro d'italia)
• San Marco: saddle
