Thank you all for your replies! I just uploaded a picture of the fork crown. It's a K, and it does look exactly like the Albuch Kotter that martl shows in the post. Do you think it's only the fork that could have been replaced or the whole frame (and someone just added Pinarello decals)? I found that Kotter bikes could also come with Gipiemme dropouts.
could be either, a repalcement fork, or an original Kotter. The frame in those pictures of yours seems to be a low-to-midrange model, as witnessed by the rather short and thick lugs and the Gipiemme dropouts. such frames hardly ever have enough distinguishing features to assign them with certainty to one brand. I'm pretty sure its no Pinarello, anyway
