Dia-Compe makes two different lengths of centerpull straddle cables. One is 105 mm and the other is 290 mm (that's long!). The part number for the 290 mm cable is 1270-290. Blue Lug has some in stock but the shipping cost is going to sting. Good luck!

If it was for the rear brake like on a mixte I'd be happy to use a longer one, but it's for the front and I'm worried about the brake quality with such a long straddle cable. Thank you for the thought though, it's a good source.
In the end, I chose the easy way out. Went to the co-op and rummaged around for a bit. Lo and behold, Mafac Racer centerpulls with all the hardware, even the yoke! Just had to get some crusty grime off. Thanks all for the help in this thread, regardless. In the end I think we have our answer, that there are no new sources of 130mm straddle cables for dia compe/weinmann centerpull brakes. Something to remember for anyone hoping to use these types of brakes with a front rack that attaches at the fork brake mount.
