Just a reminder
I just wanted to share my experience. I had been playing around with saddle height and then got distracted with putting a few bikes together and shaking them down and then I ended up relaxing the wheel of my daily driver. After everything settled I started noticing I had some discomfort in my right hip. I started playing around with shims and all sorts of other things. Finally I decided to raise the saddle 5mm today as I had plenty of room at the bottom of the stroke. No pain at all today. Just a reminder, make sure of the basics.
