Fourteen years old and thousands of kilometres on it (handlebar and brake levers are not stock, but come from the moment I bought the bike. Only the chain, tyres and brake pads have been changed since). Have you seen anything more faithful? In times when everything is quickly outdated and disposable I love this lasting and enduring piece of machinery.

Nice! Like you, my tourer/commuter has the two-tone handlebar tape thing going. Same as your bike, I've got red on the right, but I have green on the left instead of blue. Looks sharp (or quirky, at least), makes for a distinctive bicycle too. It was a happy accident - I didn't know that one roll of cloth tape was only enough for one side of the handlebars! Luckily, I had bought two rolls, with a future project in mind. Of course, they were different colors, but it turned out just fine.
