Except they really don't sure they might refund a few people but they are going to make more money off of those sellers and the people who don't bother with refunds and such. They want a place where any can sell anything that is not totally banned and they add a margin of safety but they want people to be able to sell fakes and knockoffs so long as they make money. You might lose a little here and there but more often then not they are making more money from it all.
