So....CyclingTom....in your professional opinion, a helmet wouldn't have done rufvelo any good? I'm thinking it saved him from much worse head trauma (or death), but then again I don't have any propaganda websites to back that claim up.

While road cycling helmets may not be the end-all/be-all of safetey devices, they are certainly better than hair, skin and bone.
