QB-95 IRD BOTTOM BRACKET

I’m trying to troubleshoot a bottom bracket from IRD it has about 10,000 km on it and it’s showing a lot of play without but with the cup on the non-drive side it’s showing about a millimeter of play. I tightened it repeatedly in different shops in Colombia and Ecuador. I’m on Panamerica Alaska South to Argentina.
