Tried to dig up info on this one and did not find much. The one Lotus Catalog shows the Elite at the lower end of the line-up and the VX components would agree. That said, It is a nice looking ride. I like the colors, pretty good looking fork. Actually like that it has 27" wheels, means there will be room for bigger tires with 700c. Wondering what the tubing might be? made in Japan?
