Edited to add: this is true after 1966. Before that, there were 151 bcd Strada cranksets and they had some minor differences as well. I mostly come across the "newer" models (70s or 80s) so I forgot about those.
That’s my understanding as well. Crank arms are Record and the chainrings are NR or SR.
Pretty sure this is also true with hubs?
