Funny to hear everyone talking about gearing, I mentioned I was on 86 and a few people had a chuckle and said, jeez you must be spinning it out!, FWIW, Grant was on 86 when he did the 11s 200m

86 is pretty short for general use on adcock. OK for 200m fly and tactical sprints but that's about all. The track is just too long for short gears in other events, even the 1 lap standing.
Concensus seems to be 88/89 for the sprinters, 89/90/91 for the grinders.
